What this notice covers
This notice concerns the Knowledge Operations showcase at ko.prooftools.ai and its demonstration media. It does not cover customer installations, customer documents, or data handled under a separate agreement.
The demonstration
The recordings use fictional documents. This website does not offer user accounts, accept document uploads, or send questions to an AI model. Playing a recording requests an existing video file; it does not run the product.
Website and media delivery
Cloudflare provides website and media delivery. Delivering and protecting the site can involve technical request data, including network addresses and request information, under the provider's processing arrangements. This is not a claim that visiting the website produces no technical data.
The showcase does not add analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external fonts, or third-party video embeds. It does not use application accounts or application tracking cookies.
Contacting ProofTools
The pilot-discussion link takes you to the separate contact form on prooftools.ai. Its contact inquiry privacy notice describes that form's processing and retention. That notice is not a privacy policy for a customer deployment.
Do not include confidential documents, credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
